We’re based in New Zealand, and we’re parents, professionals, and lovers of sport, nature, and the outdoors.
Alana Karehana is a registered Nutritionist and member of the New Zealand Nutrition Society, with a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise) and a Postgraduate qualification in Human Nutrition (with Distinction). She brings a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to her practice, supported by advanced certifications in Precision Nutrition, including Stress, Sleep & Recovery, the Psychology of Behaviour Change, and Metabolic Nutrition. She also holds a Sports Nutrition qualification through CISSN (The International Society of Sports Nutrition). Alana has many fitness qualifications, experience in group fitness, and has trained and qualified as an ESSA exercise scientist out of university.
As a dedicated mum, she balances her overall health and wellbeing and profession with an active lifestyle—enjoying social sports, hitting the gym, and cheering on her son from the sidelines. She believes in creating realistic, personalised nutrition plans that meet clients where they are. Her approach focuses on balance, sustainability, and setting achievable goals that align with each individual’s lifestyle.

Alana is an experienced and qualified pre and post natal trainer with over 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry and 8 years experience training pre and post natal clients. Payment Terms
All consultation fees are payable in advance at the time of booking. Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.
1.2 Late Payments
If payment is not received prior to your scheduled session, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. Continued services may be suspended until outstanding balances are settled.
1.3 Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will incur a 100% session fee.
1.4 Refunds
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or cancellations made within the 24-hour window. Refunds for other services or packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.
1.5 Packages and Expiry
If you purchase a package of sessions, they must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions will expire after this period and are non-refundable.
